CAE Rive-Nord is happy to welcome Audrey Ducharme, our newest addition to the team.
Audrey joined the team in November 2023 as Executive Assistant. This is a strategic position, as it allows us to improve the fluidity of operations and effectively support the entire team, which is an invaluable resource. Audrey is the primary point of contact for the CAE. With her welcoming demeanour and dedication to customer service, she adeptly navigates inquiries, ensuring they reach the appropriate channels promptly.
Through her extensive background, including years of experience as an assistant and manager across ten hairdressing boutiques, she has honed her skills in customer service, administration, and personnel management, making her exceptionally well equipped for her new role at the CAE.
Audrey is a team player who fosters communication among colleagues and effortlessly adapts to various situations. For her, personal interactions and providing individualized support are essential. She enjoys caring for customers and ensuring they feel valued. With her attentive ear and efficiency, you can trust that you’ll receive unparalleled service under her care.
